Remember that most of the early "religions" are motherbased. Mother is the supplier of all good and bad. Upon sophistication the "Mother" generally gets transfered into seperate persons which may or maynot become male. The war god generally was male as that is one of the things that men did. It is supprising the number of local religions that have the same beginning story of Genesis, the Tower of Babel and of the Flood. These are several different and timewise distant stories. At some time, all of mankind must have been together and experienced these occasions. As far as religion is concerned, which one is right?? |
