Hi Ed ,, i believe you are now shaking of the shackles of indoctrination,
After years of Heavy Duty thinking , ive come to the conclusion, that in this strange and strained world where everything seems to EAT each other in every concievable way , for the lowest intellects,
there is too much pressure and too many unknowns,
which can make it hard for them to cope with the stresses and traumas of everyday life, i have concluded that a GOD fills this gap for these people, whether God Exists or Not is irrelevent.
Simple folk need this crux, to exist so it cant be all that bad, if it makes there lives easier.
personnally i hope its all true, what the bible says, but practically , i dont accept mans word they always bend the truth, and embellish
their prophets and their gods.I mean
Give us a break, An Angel came down and gave one to Mary , if Joseph and others had known she had child out of wedlock she would have been stoned to death, I too, would have said it was an Angel.
tHIS STATEMENT WILL MAKE THE RELIGONISTS GASP.
