It would seem strange for anyone,
without describing the spiritual source of their authority, to insist they have the jurisdiction to actually pass judgment on the Bible for others , and without the permission of those other persons. I think Alan would not be in favor of censorship most times, would Alan?
But another freedom might be the freedom to censor. Our Constitution has severely limited that freedom -- do you agree with the reasons for doing so?
Sometimes the freedom of two separate parties (persons etc.) is in conflict because their perceived self-interests
cannot both be satisfied according to their
present assertions. Then a ruling is sought.
Freedom alone is too simple.
