It Is The Act Of Searching For Meaning Which Is "the Meaning"...

The universe, like a great painting, poem, or puzzle, is here for us to ponder and interpret. In doing so, we may not find the meaning of life because in searching for the meaning of life, it has already been found. It was the search all along...

Here's another response to your post:

Please define meaning. Is meaning love?

~~~Why not just make the universe look meaningful (e.g., patterns of stars that can be read in English as saying "Hi, this message is from God and I just want you to know that I'm here...").~~~
So after having crafted that message, we're then to love, praise, and worship God?... and that would be "the meaning" of it all?
Does God himself know the meaning of his existence? He has nobody to answer to (a God to give him his meaning), and nothing to do other than create and toil with lowly mortals?
