I do not have a physics degree and I know that you do have a physics degree.
I did not assume anything regarding Black Hole in my introduction. Light can not fall into the Black Hole is the result, not the assumption. In my model:

v^2_orbit = M/r

When M is big enough, light still can be trapped by Black Hole if you just look at the equation itself. The reason why it can not trapped the light is because of radius r. Radius r expanded when the toward the center of the Gravity field. The r is in the local frame and the time t_rest is the local time. The reason why it is expanded is because the energy conservation requires that. I hope that you can read the article closely.
