I Take Issue With Your Assessment Of "the Whole Point"

You certainly (apologies to both you and Dr. Dick) have missed the "whole point" of evolutionary theory. At least you are a thinker.

Certainly that is not true. Evolutionary theory does no such thing.. in fact, it cannot "teach" at all! A teacher teaches, but Evolutionary Theory is the framework of a body of knowledge. If you are drawing conclusions from it that life is pointless, they are your own conclusions! That idea will probably disappear some day from lack of progeny and its difficulty in adapting to applications! :)
