Do Buddhists Believe In The Supernatural?

Glenn,

It would seem so as the Buddha introduced the concept of reincarnation. How else could reincarnation happen except via a supernatural medium. Scientific type atheists do not believe a supernatural world exists. Do Buddhists? And if so, how is that so diferent from belief in God?

Yet Buddhists do not believe in the soul from what I read. However, that leaves open the question of what is being reincarnated if not a soul. How about heaven?

Could you expand on these questions?

Richard
