I can't find anything in the US constitution that would support any of the 'core missions' other than the first one. This is what a 'specific group' of people feel should be done and I personally don't have much trust in the abilities of that 'specific group' of people. This is a disaster. "Perform the 'constabulary' duties associated with shaping the security envirionment in critical regions." That must make the rest of the world secure that the US has their best interest at heart. Apparently a basic understanding of the cultural differences in critical regions isn't a prerequisite for membership to the 'specific group'. |
