It just does not apply very well to the pipeline.

In my opinion, an analysis of a set of numbers with certain characteristics can be a model of anything I want. I am completely free to choose the meaning of the symbols or what I want to model with the resulting equation.

So since the so derived equations in various approximations are at least a close approximation of both quantum wave functions and relativity, then I am wont to assume that the characteristics of the data are an indication of reality known to physics, as you say, 50 years ago. That is quit alot.

I should be curious as to what in addition the derived equation could say, but I have been either too incompetant or lazy to explore that issue.

Suppose we assume that God is shift and scale invariant- he is the same every where and can be any size, as well as cylindrically symmetric- that's why he made the most important galaxies into spirals- then doctordick's derivation is of the master equation of god, and unpublished as well.

Anyway I believe that I know that the experimental method of science tries to minimize the pipeline effects in the interest of maximum objectivity.
