It's A Mechanical Theory Of "how We Humans Derive Meaning"

"How we derive meaning" is not precisely defined.
"How we interpret raw data" is what this article seems to be about.
The abstract admits physicists had little or no
knowledge of neurological processes until recently (but that did not stop some of them from having great pride in their theories about human perception). Until it is distilled to
conversational level, it appears to be "Squiggles of Mystery."
Yanniru, are you saying this article is the
authoritative line on the topic of "how we humans derive meaning?"
