Common Sense Is Intuitive Reason

Common sense is not far enough removed from reason to make it something truly different.   A deliberate and cautious examination of observations is accomplished through reason.   Some folks feel common sense is better than the slow and deliberate examination of reality, because reality appears to move at a rate much closer to an instinctive reaction within it, than it does compared to a slow and deliberate logic session about it.

however, this position is fallacious: the search for a deliberate God would therefore mean that common sense is not the only (or "better") way to get there.
