If you have pure motives go ahead, but only God has pure motives.

That is why he gave us rules that we are able to follow.
The rule is a way to comply, which doesn't require a totally pure motive.

The rule is an escape given because God is generous and for our good.

If God were here would He use his pure motives as an excuse to violate His own rules or would He follow the rules to be an example for us?

What would and unselfishness God do?
