Comment on:

The idea is: with not one shred of evidence that anti-social behaviour is caused by bodily cellular pathology (as in physical medicine); it remains true that to assert that such people are "sick"; and then to claim that this metaphor be taken literally; is bad science.

And even if some behaviours did correlate with bodily-state differences; that does not make the state defective. Who is dictating what a human is?
If I refrain from drinking; my body-state changes; but it is my choice and my responsibility to refrain from drinking.

The alternative on anti-social behaviour is to deal honestly with these situations: make it clear what the rules of behaviour are; who made them; who if anyone is doing anything to cope with these social problems. But don't medicalize what is a policing matter!
