How About Those Criteria, Then? We Mayn't Agree On Those Either

I believe it is similar to good law in that we need very well-conceivedd, carefully-crafted criteria so that the moderator is only needed for the purpose of making the close calls.
What you proposed as criteria don't address
what I would address, and make much of matters
I think are not worth regulating. But in the
push-pull of forming criteria, maybe something
good would emerge IF deliberation were not cut
short. Unfortunately, this group has several members who simply race ahead of logic and then
become angry. Logic itself is essential or
any regulation.
