I'm Curious About Something...

I walk daily, and run about as often. On cool days (around 60-75, depending on humidity levels) I find it very relaxing to be walking along, and spontaniously lye down and nap. Usually, when I wake, I am more refreshed than I ever have been by sleeping in a bed. I've always been curious as to how I can become more refreshed when sleeping on rocky ground (or tall grass, or in the middle a 50-acre field with only 6-inch grass (I currently live on a 400-acre farm)... or where ever the urge hits me) than I do in the comfort of my bed. Is it related to this by any chance?

I wish you luck in your recovery, Rob.

Regards,

Phillip Martin
