Thanks a million. and more.

I am also using other social methodologies to aid in wellness. Group therapy if you wish to call it that. I will keep that information Anonymous if you take my meaning.

There seems to be quite a bit of benefit to the above described system. Although certain portions I am approching with caution.

I was in therapy a few years ago and my Dr. talked about seritonin, levels, and depletion/replenishment etc.
