Melatonin Is The Precursor To Seritonin

I't about $5 at your grocery store in the vitamin section. It has been known to me only since 1995. Your body makes melatonin while you sleep but as we age and/or abuse our bodies
(ie. caffeine) our chemical factory has increasing trouble making it.
During the day, the body converts melatonin
to seritonin - - VERY important to a feeling of well-being.
Figs are high in seritonin and Buddha sat under a fig tree during his long transition to a spiritual life.
