Well said, Harvey, if I may be so presumptuous. The big idea Jeevananda was proposing, assuming
an originator's familiarity with it, should have enabled Jeevananda to respond better to my question, however impudent I might at first have seemed. Folding the cards seemed premature.

Maybe someone else here, or you, might suggest what would be a good reply to those concerns from
the point of view of an adherent to Jeevananda's thesis.
Your elaboration thus far is helpful.

On another note, my memory has continued to cling to the idea that Harvey has earlier proposed a topic area for discussion
something like ... historical development of science in Europe and other countries.... etc.?
If bruce and others want to converse with
you about these and other matters, I do not
mind keeping my output (in numbers of messages) in ratio to my actual personhood!
