Please Show That Evolution Has Been "energy Efficient"

It's an interesting idea, but seems inconsistent. Will you admit the idea needs to be revised? Human beings, small as we are,
are able now to tinker with DNA. Why would God need to wallow in the Age of the Dinosaurs for 160 million years when all that was needed was to change the order of the base pairs, trim a few mechanisms here and there, to make Y* and M*?
