at least not as directly as i was suggesting.

again i take the liberty of a few quotes, two separte ones from two postings:

"So God in his/her infinite wisdom has appointed Bush to do the dirty work and get the blame for all those miscalculations."

"God provides stupidity when it is absolutely necessary. It will save lots of civilian lives."

wrapped up in those statements appears in my view a fundamental truth about God.
that being the way God apparently intervenes in human affairs when morality's "toes" are stepped on. or perhaps God set up the universe in such a way that when morality is offended that physical laws are signaled into action to set things right.
