Psychology is partly an art like medicine
because the number of variables is too great
in most cases to apply the scientific method
with strong rigor. Behavior of persons
is predictable only if they are sufficiently
controlled, and in that instance they are
hardly persons any more, imho.

I thought you were just being annoying,
emulating a certain other person here.
Your points on foreign policy show strong
integrity of logic.
