I would look at the surrounding verses to get the whole context.

I do not know if there are verses that indicate that he is not the only path. My recollection is that he said he is the way, which implies that he is the only way.

This jives with the Tebitian Book of the Dead which says that the Lord of Great Compassion is availabke to all for salvation. Perhaps he IS the only way but is available to all religions and all people.
