I am utterly astounded that Mike has lingered in this forum for as long as he has, given how pretty much every member (and certainly every prominent member) of this forum has dismissed him as a lunatic and a troll. My only analysis is that we are dealing with a fundamentally unbalanced and terminally lonely individual who gets off on ruining others' fun. He was likely a major cause in the departure of so many old forum posters (Harv and Aurino for two) We've let him succeed. Why let him get the satisfaction of our response? He's not worth the bandwidth my replies to him take up, or the calories I burn typing them.

I'll probably post more often around here from now on. We need to get this forum going again, Mike or no Mike.
