Let me first recopy your questions:

Just the opposite. A Bose-Einstien Condensate is the more orderly structure in the universe- more than crystals. For example, there are at least a trillion axions for every electron in the universe. And in addition, the wave function of each axion is bigger than the size of the earth just because each axion is one billionth the mass of an electron. That means that every axion in the condensate local to the earth instantly knows everything going on in and on the earth.

Most believe that it stores information in holograms using variations in the density of the axion superfluid, somewhat like storing sound waves. But it also shadows the structure of the physical world.
is there any possibility of invisible matter?
Dark matter is invisible. It permeates the earth, but we cannot see it or even detect it.
does dark matter behave like visible matter ex. molecules that are made from dark matter?
Not sure about that one. Dark matter is considered to contain a shadow reflection of the physical world. But it could be just info stored in holograms rather than actual structures like molecules. On the other hand, 1/5th of patients who survive cardiac arrest report seeing the physical world as is, plus some more interesting experiences. So there seems to be a local structure of the world copied in dark matter rather than all the info being spread out in holograms.
is aether an example of dark matter molecules?
I would say the axion condensate behaves and looks like aether. But no one thar I know of has ever claimed that aether had molecules. Each axion look like an E field and a magnetic field parallel to each other. So there can be two types, parallel and anti-parellel. That's a binary system, like the 0 and 1 of the computer. Only this axion computer is a quantum computer.
It is how you think unconsciously. Ever had that experience. Cannot solve a problem and then suddenly the whole solution comes to you in a flash. I think the axion condensate coupled to your brain is what solves those problems, is what dreams, and is your higher consciousness. It connects to your visible, waking consciousness.
