Are you saying,"if it works, it is right; if it doesn't work, it is wrong?"
Who decides for each person what works?
As you know, an entrenched establishment of absolutists can keep science in the "not work" mode for centuries.
Have you noticed that inadequate thinking
is accompanied by invoking the voodoo of
titles and handwaving and cronyism?
