Hi Yogi,
The websites you cite are about God...and discuss
scientifically measurable effects...
Here is why I am saying they are not science themselves
(along with the previous post today):

At those web sites, the management of one's mind, soul, spirit are approached with deep understanding... perhaps not complete understanding...(read on, please)
and until there is a procedural structure proposed for able participants to develop the science of that topic, your lessons will always be about personal, individual experiences, the importance of which is undeniable.
Still, one can bridge this body of work to science. They will always be two separate shores: individual and group. Nature often
has dual natures built-in.

Please signal that I have not offended you
if my point of view is explained well enough.
