I have heard of bending spoons but never have I heard of bending time. If true, then the Everett multi-universe model would require every particle to be surrounded by a 2 or 3-D volume of time.

Particles in a sense make decisions when they interact, having many quantum states to choose from. Everett's many world interpretation of QM is that every time a choice is made by any particle, it selects one of many possible worlds to exist in.

Your concept of bending time seems equivalent. The result of Everatt's interpretation is that there are thousands of different universes for every particle in what we call the universe.

I do not find that appealing, except as poetry.

And I guess my thoughts on your bending time is similar except that you only need one different universe for every particle in the universe. That is, each time coordinate would be unique for each particle
