It's the second, unless you choose to not use Vafa's and Brahman's definition and physics.

----------------------------------
Does “what” mean?

a. The paths available for us to choose from.
b. The decision we will make about which path to choose.
c. The outcome of the path we choose.
d. The outcome of the paths we didn’t choose.

I choose only (b).

I agree. If God knows b, then he has not given us free will. God can knoe a, c & d, but not knowing b prevents God from knowing the future exactly

--------------------------------------------

And I guess you can make any assumption you like regarding God. My assumption is that God subsummed him/herself in the created universe and then gave us free will. So my God has limited God power both in being with us in our universe and in providing gifts.
