Billy, let`s examine what you said from a logical point of view: "Let go of the bible as an arguement and then truth is sometimes more clear. God does not require bible reading, as far as I can tell."

As far as you can tell? Well, tell me this: what sort of spiritual authority are you? Why should we take your word over the word of someone who says the Bible *IS* God`s word? How do you know that the Bible is NOT God`s word?

All you have done is make an assertion without any apparent basis.
