But it will take a long time, so I will have to find a large chunk of time in which to respond at some point. Basically, there are a lot of things I find agreeable about what you're saying. However, my main quarrel is with your view of agnosticism. For me, it is the least gloomy of all propositions, partially because of my deep respect and love for all of the peoples of the world. Although I don't expect you to agree, I still think you're misunderstanding my reasons. You treat it like some kind of surrender. I don't remember ever surrendering anything; in fact, I remember having a deep mistaste for religion and finding agnosticism to be the most pleasing alternative (and the most sensible, in my mind). I have meaning (where its derived from I will describe later). I have love. I have happiness. Your objections will not take that away from me.
