I think we should NOT begin such an adventure by simply having Ruquist appoint anonymous Bruce as "relativity expert."

Seems obvious we should have a list of topics for which an "expert" is needed.


We should explain why the office of "expert" exists.

We should be able to explain why someone on the forum is needed to provide expertise when there are numerous reference resources.

We should have description of the expert's powers and the limits thereof.

And if he is to wield any authority, surely he must post his true name and resume'.

Failing to do these steps means there is no purpose to having an "expert."
