By your argument, you r a self proclaimed theist, would have to label yourself an agnostic. Theists also have questions about God... don`t u? Or do you know everything there is to know about him?
I think the problem lies in your equating knowledge with belief. That is epistemology and those arguments are way more confusing than i care to delve into at the moment (very messy stuff).

Anyway, an atheist is one who believes that given the evidence, there likely is no God. I agree with Shadow on this... atheist doesn`t equal closing off all possibility of God.

I`m really following the schitzo part... but i think it works both ways... if God doesn`t exist, i guess theists would be a bit schitzo. i dunno, i`m too tired for this debate
