God said "I AM" when he was talking about the past present and future, thus God exists simultaneously at all points of time. Which would mean he exists outside of time and thus would he need to be created if creation realies on time.

Personnaly I think that time travel would be like Scrouge's journey into the past, he was there, but couldn't interact with the past.
