I hope none of you have heard of this one before.

You see a ship sinking. It has a large hole in the deck, and the hull, and is taking on water fast. There is much debris floating in the water, barrels, crates, even a dead cow. Eventually the boat sinks. Why did the boat sink? What caused the hole in the hull?

This is just for fun, I'd like to see what you guys come up with.
