I do not think so. But again we see the use to the word lie to perpetrate a lie. Well, perhaps it is more accurate to characterize that as a false assumption. But his posts are full of such assumptions to such an extent that in my opinion it constitutes lying. For example, he used the word 'maybe' in the above quote. But he is just as prone to leave out the 'maybe'.
