We are certainly the most intelligent life on this planet, no question. If someone begs to differ, I`ll usually ask them how many animals have completed missions to the moon, Mars, and such. I believe it is our curiosity which elevates us to our stature. I seriously doubt that our cats and dogs ponder their existence, they just are waiting for the next thing to eat or chase. The concept of extraterrestrial life is mere speculation, and anyone`s is as good as mine I suppose.
