Paul lived 2000 years ago and to argue with him
may be as funny as to follow him. He is a
communicator whose thoughts are worth studying
for any merit and for their cultural/historical
significance...plus his example of character.
Yet it is not the stuff of literary classics
since he advocates a transcendence which science
has had very little ability to confirm.
Therefore it will continue to be in a special
area of "faith, miracles, longing, and special rescues."

Since by my favorite definition, deviance is simply a departure from herd mentality,
and part of the herd literally doesn't even know
the reasons of science and the laws of tolerance,
there is no reason, in a controversy about the subject, to favor either deviance OR
obedience without a full examination with modern
understanding.
