Beelzebub: Ha ha ha...very funny! Preposterous? Laughable? You are a funny guy! Of course you can use this arguing style for everything...but the problem is it makes NO SENSE for the most other things: -It could have other reasons that the earth is round???? Which??? -A measure Error???? But we have many possibilities to measure that the earth is round...not only one (we can even see it with our one eyes!)!!!! -The distance could confuse the information???? But the earth is very close to us! We have much experience with objects that are so close! -Perhaps it’s only a local curvature instead of a earth wide curve????? But we can overview the entire earth! It would be stupid to believe the earth is round when the only proof for that is that you can see (measure) a curve everywhere on the horizon, no? Would that be stupid? The most astronomers do that! They can see only a part of the universe and moreover they measure it with a method that uses the received light from the stars (but we all know that the light-speed and very far distances can have “strange” effects...all could be blur or distorted!) ”The earth is a plate because the ground under my feet is plain!” That is what they do with the universe!!!!!!!! You can use the same arguments for everything...but the trick is to be logical! Can you be logical sometime? :)=)
