Let me give you an example. Einsteins General Theory of Relativity postulates that gravity does not exist and instead every motion of any matter and light itself can be derived from space curvature and its dynamics.

So Einstein is saying that reality is space dynamics and not the gravitational field.

On the other hand, the fact that light curves when passing a massive body has been observed over and over again. That is a fact that is true. It canb be demonstrated repeatably, or rather observed repeatably.

However, the underlying reality of whether it is gravitational fields, as assumed by some theories, or space dynamics as assumed by Enstein, is ambiguous. So the actual reality cannot be determined by out available science. But the fatcs are true. Your may say the the facts are real. But that is just a limitation in the English language. Cars are real. But cars do not tell us what reality is.

BYW_ Using the dictionary to prove something is what children do. Don't be childish. This is not meant to be demeaning. But as a warning that such arguments are considered childish by academics.
