You seem to be saying that in a world of science we live by facts based on an assumed reality. This would lead to one scientist's perception of reality to conclude a fact being totally different than another scientist doing the same experiment reaching a different fact conclusion as his/her perception of reality differs from the other scientist doing the same experiment.
