Put simply, someone can believe in the infaliabilty of the bible, but any little intense research into it will automatically show you a different story. I'm working on Genesis right now. Up to Esau losing his birthright to Jacob. Well past the flood.

And now for the Did You Know?

The conditions god created in the flood mimicked the chaotic origins of the earth alluded to in Genesis 1:1+2. Also the earth in both stories is clearly flat! Granted, the bible doesn't teach that the earth is flat, however, the first story of creation and the global flood indicate a flat earth. Who would have thunk it!
