Such as rape and incest, I think abortion is more justifiable. It certainly is not the fault of the kid, and it certainly is not fair, but if you think the world can always be broken down into strict "fair and "unfair," "right" and "wrong," "black" and "white," then you are pretty naive. It's a matter of which choice is not worse, not which one is right. In some cases, the psychological damage of a mother giving birth to the son of a rapist, or a daughter knowing that she is the illegitamate child of her mother and her grandfather, might outweigh the pain of aborting the pre-fetus.
