I have heard that the "soul" enters the body of the fetus at some certain point. If you believe this, at what point in the development does it enter? What is the fetus concidered before this point? Does this change the morality in any way? before it enters? after it enters?"

Tough questions, and difficult to answer. But I'll give it a shot.

I say that the moment the soul enters a fetus is the moment that it has the ability become a human. In other-words, usually the moment of conception. It will become a human, so it has a soul, and it also has rights. Abortion infringes on those rights.

Ok answers, or you want some more clarity?
