The only difference is that true Islam is based on logic and the Quran alone, while Sunni and Shia beliefs are based on Hadith, Sharia (laws derived from Hadith and irrational decrees of medieval scholars).

Sunni/Shia web sites represent the vast majority of web sites that you find out there. There are only two web sites that I know of that adequately represent the Quran alone-based Islam:

The main page of the Free-minds web site gives some of the main differences. However, all the differences are too many to put in one page or even one article. You might have to go through the majority of the site to get a more complete picture.
