By bringing out all the creationist party line,
they were, I think inadvertantly, attesting to the
truth of something they had more reason to doubt than they have to doubt the findings of mainstream science. It is fine that they search the question, but I cannot explain (except that it was internally inconsistent of them ) their lack of acknowledgement when we did answer them adequately. If they were following Jesus, they would not employ debating tactics as much as they did.

As for the line-by-line contradictions, they are too many.
