Here is a quote from the site supposedly proving that dinasaurs lived at the same time as humans some 6,000 years ago:

***Grass, like flowers and other forms of fauna did not exist at the same time as the Dinosaurs. Not to mention that ANY Sauropods' neck would get snapped like a twig under its own immense weight if it attempted to bend down to the ground. Sauropods have teeth which were used for stripping the vegetation of shoots and trees and underbrush, not grass." ***

It seems to me that if god created everything some 6,000 years ago, then this argument must be false.

You cannot use the facts of archaelogy to prove that archaelogy must be incorrect. Either dinasaurs lived with humans and ate grass as the bible suggests, and for which the above quote is false, or evolution is correct and the above quote is correct. You cannot have it both ways at the same time.

Actually I am a bit embarrassed to even engage in such a foolish discussion.

I am still waiting for arguments against the astronomical observations of a universe that is billions of years old and a Milky Way that is 100,000 years old.

That is the first step to validating young earth creationism. If you cannot do that, then the bible must be taken allegorically. Afterall, this is an astronomy site, not a biology site. First things first, please.

Richard
