There are lots of HORRIBLE folks who believe in
evolution...both in and outside religion,
and lots of WONDERFUL folks who believe in
creationism...both in and outside religion.

The folks who truly comprehend the permanent fact of evolution do apparently have
an advantage over those who don't.

They know:
If you fill an auditorium with adoring people
and each of them gives you $1 or $10 in exchange for a couple of hours of oratory and religion,
you can live in a fine home.
But they also know: if you don't tell folks when you know exactly what trouble they're heading for,
they will probably suffer a defeat and you can
take their land and their property and possibly enslave their descendants!

The common ground we have is "truth" and it is sometimes prudent to "economize" in our use of it...but it has gone way too far when the world is
over-populating and careening full-speed toward
mathematically certain resource depletion.
Saying "God will save us" did not prevent
the Dust Bowl in the 1930s American Southwest
or numerous other calamities. God apparently gave you the ability as a community to design
your community in a sustainable way with nature's
caprices accounted for, along with the wonderful
productivity of nature.
