just briefly: I'm interested in noticing what/ who exists. Any existent may be detected; not just "pertinent to some corporate mission statement".

If different views on an issue exist; what one is interested in particularly here with the attitude I propose is their existence. No voice silenced, all voices heard. No conflict hidden, all disputes revealed, cards on tables.

Actually conflicts can start to resolve as full data reveals fuller picture that allows discovery of common ground.
