Some religions maintain our choices lead to consequences...good thing they admit that...
and some religious lines of thought suggest covering up the instruction manual which Galileo said we need to learn to read! 'That Great Book -- The Universe.'

"Informed consent" would be the grounds for keeping a lot of folks from condemnation, since
there is serious reason to wonder if there has been full disclosure of the terms of "God's Covenant with Humanity."
How can it be free will if we are simply told
a lot of stories whose import confuses, if not our selves, then our neighbors? Then we given a few basic rules, but there is confusion about the idea that if OTHER folks don't treat us right, we're supposed to forgive them, but if we don't do certain things, we will be condemned in the after life? I have my own answers to this, and they ARE
nice...but not entirely confirmed.
