just somewhere else, or a different situation. Assuming from the events that happened when the 9/11 planes hit, and concluding that the same may happen in an exact situation with other objects, like a car hitting a wooden crate is a fairly accurate way of reasoning, especially when there is no observation of that car hitting that crate ever before.
